The healthy eats have been going pretty well so far.
Last night I ran 2 miles and walked 3. The humidity here has been killer..

Here I am chopping up bananas for the
Vermonster Challenge. If you can eat the Vermonster in an hour it's free but if not, its about $30.
The Vermonster is: 20 scoops of ice cream, 4 bananas, 4 ladles of hot fudge, 10 scoops chopped walnuts, 3 cookies, 1 brownie, 8 scoops of four toppings, lots of whipped cream

The best part of working at B&J's is that I've learned how to make
ice cream cakes! We layer the cake, make our own
frosting, and decorate it ourselves.

Eric Cartman from South Park ice cream cake for my boyfriend's birthday. The cake had cookies & cream IC and an
Oreo cookie layer. It was amazing!

Tomorrow my family and I are driving up to
Georgia for about 2 weeks of camping in the mountains. I'll be sure to update as often as I can and I promise to take lots of pictures! That's my
