Kashi Strawberry and Flax Waffle sandwichw/ fat free plain yogurt, sliced strawberries, & SF Smucker's syrup.

My kinda Green Monster :) Iced coffee!
This article was really sad...Dolphins are almost on the endangered species list because boaters are feeding them human food. What would you even feed a dolphin?-- hopefully not a hamburger!
Got a few ?'s about how I make my iced coffee... I promise it's really easy!- Brew your coffee over night -> set it in the fridge to chill
- Pour it over ice in the AM, add Splenda (or any other sweetener) & creamer
- Stir it all up & you're good to go!
Yesterday my mom & I picked up some:Watermelon, GA peaches, pears, strawberries
Tonight I cooked up a pot of Turkey Chili:1 green pepper, mixed frozen veggies, 1 can diced tomatoes, 2 cans spicy chili beans, ground turkey, chili powder, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, HOT SAUCE
I make chili a lot because it's fairly inexpensive and lasts about a week.

those waffles look AMAZING! We don't get them here- the only waffles are made from potato and eaten tater-tot style! No coffee mate either :(

ReplyDeleteI feel terrible for a lot of sea creatures including dolphins - and whales too, they endure so much abuse and usually death, and they're both well on their way to extinction. It's so sad.
I love your eats - and the waffle-wich looks amazing. I'm so happy that strawberries are finally in season!
