I went to my Great Uncle's Memorial today. After the service there were literally four tables worth of food which explains this massive lunch plate pileup:- ham slices + pastrami
-sweet potato casserole
- bean salad (insanely good)
- green bean casserole
-coleslaw
-lettuce & cucumber salad
& then for better or for worse happened:
Coconut cream pie :)
Dinner= Sonny's chicken fingers & corn nuggetsTomorrow I need to do some kind of running since I basically just sat, ate, and slept today. I just need to find some kind of motivation.

ReplyDeleteOh my goodness gracious--that coconut cream pie looks soooo mouth watering! I would not of resisted that either. I definitely had 2 helpings of Volcano Cake yesterday...so I feel ya. But then again, what is life without good food and indulging every once in a while?
