Ribbit Ribbit

Today was Day 1 of trying to get back on board the healthy train, which was not any fun. I tried to avoid thinking about the ice cream bars in the freezer, eating cereal straight out of the box, and resisted glorious potato chips at the store.

The only fun thing about today was the frog plate I got to use, which was only $2.99 at Target! I have a weird obsession with frogs and I love this little plate! Mister Frog will get his 15 minutes of fame a few picures down. :)

Omelette & banana

Stuffed with cottage cheese and ham slices

"Lets make lunch using everything in the freezer"
Baked eggplant w/ pasta sauce & Parmesan cheese,
balsamic chicken, frozen veggies.

Perfect Foods Bar Lite, Cranberries Flavor

My Review: AMAZING. Peanut Butter was the 2nd main ingredient & it really shone through. The cranberries were the perfect size and overall, the bar had an amazing texture. I can't wait to find more flavors of this bar! :)

Light & Fit vanilla yogurt, lemon water, fruit bowl
ribbit

Grapes and apples

Unsalted rice cake with strawberry preserves

I walked for about 30 minutes along the water tonight. Somehow I ended up at the fishing pier, where manatees supposedly hang around.

Hopefully tomorrow I will find some motivation to go for a run. Enjoy your night! <3 HBB

  13. Aww I love frogs too! Although - i like the cute ones, on plates & as stuffed animals..the real ones are gross! lol!

Glad to see that 'everything in the freezer' lunch didnt consist of ice cream bars - if that would've been me making it, i would've found a way to incoorperate the ice cream into the veggies for a creamy veggie medly or something lol.

ahhh im sooo jealous! cant wait to get to florida!!!
